Revocable Trusts

Revocable Living Trusts:

Generally, living trusts can either be revocable or irrevocable. A "revocable" living trust permits the trustor to keep control of the trust's assets. The trustor has the freedom to "revoke" or alter the trust's terms and conditions at any time. The trustee(s) or beneficiaries generally do not have any rights to the revoked trust under such circumstances.
